Our rubber products are mainly manufactured from EPDM, SBR, NBR, HNBR, NR, Q-SILICONE, CR, ECO and FKM materials the quality of which meets customer requirements, including:
- General technical rubber
- Food industry rubber
- Oil- and chemical-resistant rubber
- High-temperature-resistant rubber (fluorine)
- Weather-resistant rubber
- Heat-stabilized and other silicone rubber
A part of the quantity of processed matter is produced in
our mixing plant and the other part is purchased from qualified mixture manufacturers. Technical characteristics of prepared mixtures and their durability or physical characteristics of finished products as well as their dimensions can be partially analyzed in our internal laboratory for:
- Hardness (ShA)
- Tensile strength
- Tearing
- Permanent deformation
- Rheological (viscoelastic) properties
- Actual dimensions (without deformation) with a 3-D optical measuring device
